Kelly - cool new blog! Speaking of cookbooks, I got a new one in my collection of food-for-picky-kids cookbooks: http://www.amazon.com/Weeks-Proven-Recipes-Picky-Kids/dp/1590389867
It has 52 full meal plans - a main, a side, a drink or dessert, 1 for each week. I'm working my way through, doing one meal each Friday night. So far moderate success with the girls eating it, which is pretty good. It gives me some structure for branching out and trying new foods on the girls. And if they don't like it, just try the next one the next week.
Thanks Kari, I'll definitely look for it. Along with, The New Best Recipe, and Rachel Ray 365! After reading your post on Wedding Gifts, I've wanted to head to B&N because I try to buy things in person to save on shipping. But as I think about it, after the new raised the fares, I might as well have them shipped!!
I'm a FULL time mom...Duties include but not limited to: milk production, preparation of numerous daily meals in hopes that the girls will eat something other than cheerios, cleaning, play-doh, cleaning, painting, cleaning, coloring, trying to provide an educationally stimulating environment, ABCs and 123s, laundry laundry laundry, Noggin, cleaning, wiping away tears, cuddling, hugs and kisses, fixing boo boos, chase, laughing, answering the same question over and over, visiting the tickle monster, time for myself ... none, sleep ... huh? Did I mention cleaning?
